Refund and Return Policy

At Glow Nest BD, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal with personal care and cosmetic items, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety of all our customers. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

Damaged Product: The item arrived damaged or broken.

Defective Product: The item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., a faulty pump).

Wrong Item: The item received is different from what you ordered (wrong shade, size, or product).

Note: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and seals intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Products that have been opened or the seal has been tampered with.

Products that do not suit your skin type or if you have changed your mind (we encourage checking ingredients and reviews before purchasing).

Items purchased during clearance or flash sales.


3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Required Documentation: Please provide your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product, including the shipping label.

Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend filming an unboxing video when you first open your package to serve as proof in case of discrepancies.


4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 7 to 10 working days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot be canceled. If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason (damage/wrong item), the customer may be restricted from using COD services in the future.
